The tacky safari theme continues from the outside throughout the cafe and shop inside. Each staff member is dressed like a Steve Irwin wannabe as they work under the fake awnings and amidst the Aussie outback aesthetic. They are friendly and enthusiastic in that faux-excitement style of Bindi Irwin as they impart their knowledge on tea and coffee.

In the cafe, the house blend was was used to prepare espresso with as much care as a 16yo McCafé trainee. I was very disappointed considering this is bloody coffee roastery. Also, the granola and yoghurt breakfast option was served in a plastic takeaway cup. Whaaaaa?

On the positive side of things, there is a good range of brewing and serving equipment for sale and the restrooms were spotlessly clean.
