    Roozen Residence is a truly remarkable beach house with incredible views from the deck out across the bay and onto the main surf spots. The hosts were very responsive (including returning by post some clothing we left behind!) and the house is kitted out with everything you could ever imagine (including telescope for watching the surfers!). Magic!

    Fantastic house on the hill above Prevelly. Panoramic ocean views from all rooms. The house and gardens were maintained to a high standard. The bedrooms are all good sizes with an ensuite with walk in shower in the main bedroom. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom with a shower above the bath. There is a step up to the bath in the shared bathroom. Living, dining and kitchen areas all good size with high quality comfortable furniture and appliances. The owner was easily contactable and very helpful. There is a cafe down the road , Prevelly beach is an easy 10 minute walk and Gnarabup beach (safe swimming and the White Elephant Cafe) 5 minutes further
    The house is built on a hillside and is tiered so not suitable for wheelchairs.
