  However, my wife stored a box with wine and olives in the pantry. That we forgot. This we realized the next day in Perth. My daughter’s emails and phones call went unanswered. So once they have your money and a good review they couldn’t care less. So we are out over $100 of stuff and certainly won’t stay at the Traill next time we are in Margaret River come Spring

  Very nice and modern apartment located in the heart of Margaret River. The owners were lovely in their communications, and offered some great suggestions for local dining and things to do. Everything was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. There is a little outdoor patio, a washer and dryer, and a covered car park, which came in handy because it was raining the weekend we were there. This would be a great place for two couples to stay since both bedrooms are complete master suites. There would be no fighting over the bigger bedroom! :) Highly recommend!

  From cleanliness to comfortability, it is an abosolute stunning place to stay. Very spacious space, which makes our holiday much more delightful than staying in a commercial hotel. Not to mention the location and the quality amenities that we are getting from this place.

  Reasonable accommodation for family, 2 couples.
  The accommodation can be subdivided into an apartment and a self contained studio.
  Good central location and reasonable price are the good sides.
  There are some bad sides though.
  The place is rather sparsely decorated and need a bit of a refresh. Beyond any tea / coffee making facilities there's little to help any self catering. Bathrooms are ok but with multiple bulbs broken or missing. The accommodation is in top of a busy cafe that starts at 6am creating multiple machine and roadside noises so don't bank on late nights in. There are more minor things like dust in places, broken safe and add up to less that enjoyable experience.
  The only outdoor space is a very small courtyard at the back in desperate need of some decent clean - unusable at present.
  Ok for price and location but not much more.
