  Being in the trade myself I am a bit disappointed in there air conditioning skills and there customer skills when they have told one of our customers that there was nothing wrong with there viscus hub and not confiding in us about what previous work was done to the air conditioning system meaning what findings did we find "professionalism guys" doctors talk to each other so why can't mechanics and tyre fitters.
  If you want to be the big kid on the block then practice the trade a bit better.

  Bad attitude horrible prices + Didn't fixed the problem and find out after driving away that my two front tyres being left open. Luckily the car behind me noticed bolts flying from the tyres and warned me.
